If you’re looking for a lawyer in your murder trial, you’ll be glad to know that there’s one: the murder attorney.
“There are thousands of murder lawyers around the country,” said Robert M. McGovern, a professor of criminal law at Northeastern University in Boston.
He also co-authored the new book, “The Murder Attorney: A Practical Guide for a Successful Murder Trial.”
“You’ll find lawyers who are qualified, experienced, and committed to your case.”
But they also face some challenges, McGovern said.
Some have to deal with the fallout of a murder trial.
Others have to contend with the emotional fallout of having to defend their clients.
And some are not necessarily willing to work on the case alone, which can make it difficult to get a client’s testimony.
In addition, a murder defense attorney will often have to negotiate the terms of a plea bargain.
“If you’re dealing with an extremely wealthy, powerful, or wealthy family, the negotiation process is a lot different than a case against a low-income, low-level offender,” said McGovern.
And it can be hard to make a deal that will get the jury’s attention.
“It’s a very difficult process to make sure that you’re not going to make your client cry,” he said.
It’s also a tough time to start the legal defense process.
“I don’t think there’s any doubt that if you are representing a defendant in a murder case, you are going to be in the same position,” McGovern added.
“You are going up against the government’s best defense.”
The Murder Attorney is the first book to detail the various legal challenges that murder lawyers face.
And while McGovern says the book is written to help lawyers, he says it’s not for everyone.
“A lot of the legal advice that I provide in this book is very broad,” McGeorge said.
“And there’s a lot of different perspectives.
So it’s a pretty broad book.”
If you are seeking advice on a murder conviction, the Murder Attorney can help you, according to its author, Robert M McGovern Jr. This book includes: An introduction to the legal system and murder defense laws
