The data comes from Zillowing, which tracks the market for home sales and other real estate transactions.
The average home in Delano costs $2,000, but it’s far more expensive in some other markets.
A typical home in Westchester County, New York costs $1,600, while a typical home on the West Coast of the US costs $7,200.
But in the Bay Area and across the US there’s a real estate boom.
